The airport has two information desks in the main terminal building, one at the Contact Pier and one in the Satellite Building.

Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets
Kuala Lumpur International Airport has an extensive selection of shops available both air and landside. Duty-free outlets selling wines and spirits, tobacco, chocolates and electronic products can be found beyond passport control. Big name shops on both sides of security include Christian Dior, Burberry, Dunhill and Versace.
Bars, Cafés and Restaurants
Options for dining and refreshments are plentiful, with fast-food outlets, delis, restaurants and snack bars available. Passengers will find both Western and Asian tastes catered for.
Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities
A total of 11 ATMs are available at the airport and are situated both air and landside. A bank and several bureaux de change are also available, while Wi-Fi zones can be found in selected parts of the airport. Telephone booths are also readily on hand.
